The lodge was sick with a dope Blu-ray player. We chilled in the hot tub, bumpin' tunes and havin' a blast. And the area was boss, with sick hiking trails that led to the majestic Cheddar Gorge and the rad Wookey Hole Caves. Totally worth it, fam!
If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be more lively nightlife vibes. We wanted to party and have a proper turn up, but the bar was only open on Fridays and Saturdays.

I always keep coming back to this amazing place in Cheddar. Staff kindly returned my forgotten hairbrush on my first stay. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, free parking, a flat-screen TV, and an indoor swimming pool. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

The hot tub was a big hit with the kids and provided a lot of enjoyment. the property was well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The fact that extra sheets were quickly provided when there was a mix-up with the bedding was also appreciated.
The location of the lodge within the holiday park was less than ideal. Situated in a field with camper vans, it lacked privacy and the view was not great.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful floral accents and cozy seating areas that were perfect for us senior folks to relax and chat. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it very accessible for us.
I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment tailored specifically for senior guests. It would have been nice if the children working there had organized some gentle exercise classes or organized outings for us to enjoy.

The location of the lodge was a bit odd, as it was surrounded by camper vans, making it less enjoyable to sit outside. the lodge itself was lovely, with a spacious and well-equipped room, and a hot tub that the kids loved.
The kitchen lights didn't work and bedding was provided for only four people instead of five.
